During my visit, I found the ramen to be a highlight. The broth was deep and complex, with just the right amount of umami that lingered on the tongue. The noodles were prepared to perfection—chewy yet tender—a testament to the care taken in their preparation. Paired with tender slices of pork and fresh vegetables, it was a bowl of pure comfort.

For those looking for a lighter option, the soba served cold with a tangy dipping sauce was refreshing and pleasantly surprising. Each bite was a delightful balance of flavors and textures, making it a perfect dish on a warm day.

Very good! Got the steak and shrimp hibachi, shrimp had a very good taste, steak was very tender. Also got a couple of sushi rolls, very fresh. Husband got teriyaki chicken, chicken was cooked perfect. I will definitely be back! Nice to have a different food option close to home.

I would have never expected that the best sushi in our area is in Townsend! The fish was fresh and beautifully prepared with nicely seasoned rice that complemented the flavors. Were planning to visit again soon to try the noodles, if theyre anywhere near as good as the sushi, its going to be a treat!
